系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）能引起早发、高发的血脂紊乱，是心血管疾病的危险因素，这与疾病形成的慢性炎症状态、炎症因子分泌失衡及多种自身抗体密切相关。了解SLE疾病本身导致血脂紊乱的机制，可以降低病程中心血管事件发生率，提高SLE患者生存率及生存质量。
