肝细胞癌微血管侵犯术前诊断的研究进展

摘要:

肝细胞癌通过肝切除和肝移植可能获得根治性治疗,但仍有较高的复发率。作为肿瘤侵袭性生物学行为的表达,血管侵犯(包括大血管侵犯和微血管侵犯)是预测肝癌复发的重要因素之一。其中微血管侵犯目前已得到重视,但仍缺乏术前诊断的金标准。作者回顾了近年有关微血管侵犯的相关文献,对微血管侵犯术前诊断的研究进展进行综述。
