甲状腺功能与情绪及认知障碍关联的研究进展

摘要:

甲状腺功能异常者常伴有情绪及认知障碍,而抑郁症、痴呆等患者常存在甲状腺功能异常,甲状腺功能与情绪及认知功能障碍有何关联尚不明确。作者总结了甲状腺功能减退(甲减)、亚临床甲减、甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)、亚临床甲亢及甲状腺功能正常者的情绪及认知功能障碍,并探讨了抑郁症患者甲状腺激素水平及甲状腺激素在抗抑郁治疗中的应用,以探究甲状腺功能与情绪及认知障碍的关联性。
