退行性腰椎滑脱与非滑脱患者脊柱骨盆矢状位序列的对比研究

摘要:

Objective:To compare the differences in spinopelvic sagittal alignment between patients with and without degenerative spondylolisthesis(DS) and to elucidate the factors related to spinopelvic sagittal alignment. Methods:Fifty patients with degenerative spondylolisthesis(DS group) and 50 patients without degenerative spondylolisthesis(non-DS group) were randomly selected in patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital. Spinopelvic parameters of the two groups were measured and compared. Results:In the DS group, PI, SS, L4 slope, L5 slope, TK and LL were significantly greater than those in the non-DS group. Degrees of correlations among spinopelvic parameters between the two groups were different. PI was more strongly correlated with SS(r=0.81, P<0.001) than with PT(r=0.39, P<0.01) in the DS group. However, PI was more strongly correlated with PT(r=0.71, P<0.001) than with SS(r=0.36, P<0.01) in the non-DS group. Conclusion:Greater PI may lead to the development and the progression of vertebral slip. Different compensatory mechanisms may contribute to the maintenance of spinopelvic sagittal alignment in DS and non-DS patients.
