Objective:To explore the improvement effect of deep-sea fish oil on various indexes of cardiovascular sub-healthy people. Methods:Two hundred and ten eligible volunteers were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and the volunteers in the treatment group were given deep sea fish oil and in the control group were given corn oil for 3 months. Then the body mass index, blood pressure, total serum cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), fasting blood sugar and health assessment questionnaire of the two groups were separately measured at the beginning and at the end of the experiment. Results:The systolic blood pressure, serum triglycerides, sub-health score and positive rate of the treatment group were decreased significantly while only sub-health score and positive rate were reduced in the control group. Conclusion:Deep-sea fish oil could improve the sub-health status of cardiovascular system. |
