二型固有淋巴细胞相关因子在食管癌患者外周血中的表达情况分析

摘要:

目的:探讨二型固有淋巴细胞(ILC2s)在食管癌发生发展中的作用。方法:荧光定量PCR技术检测我院手术治疗的食管癌患者及健康对照者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中GATA3、RORα、T1/ST2及IL-33 mRNA的表达量;ELISA技术检测血浆中IL-33含量。结果:食管癌患者PBMC中ILC2s相关分子转录因子GATA3和RORα、表面膜受体T1/ST2及活化分子IL-33的mRNA水平都比健康人高,并且患者血浆IL-33含量明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌患者ILC2s效应增强,可能通过效应分子的分泌及介导Th2细胞的极化而在食管癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。

Objective:To investigate the role of group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s) in the genesis and development of esophageal cancer. Methods:Quantitative PCR was used to examine the expression of GATA3, RORα, T1/ST2 and IL-33 mRNA of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), and ELISA was used to detect the level of IL-33 in the plasma of esophageal cancer patients and healthy controls. Results:The expression of GATA3, RORα, T1/ST2 and IL-33 mRNA of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and the level of IL-33 in the plasma of esophageal cancer patients were higher than those of healthy controls (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effects associated with ILC2s of esophageal cancer patients are increased, and ILC2s may play an important role in the genesis and development of esophageal cancer by the secretion of effector moleculars and mediating the polarization of Th2 cells.
