肥大细胞在疾病发生发展预后中的作用

摘要:

自肥大细胞发现于1878年以来一直被认为是过敏反应的重要影响因子,先前的研究一直集中于过敏反应相关的各种疾病,直到近20年来肥大细胞与恶性肿瘤,尤其是乳腺癌的关系才逐渐受到人们的重视,同时也存在着很大的争议。作者综述了肥大细胞在疾病发生发展中所起的作用,而肥大细胞浸润究竟提示疾病预后良好还是不良仍然众说纷纭,有待进一步研究。
