摘要:

目的:研究男性腰椎骨密度的变化规律,为男性骨质疏松的防治提供科学依据。方法:收集双能X线骨密度仪测定的2 205例健康男性的腰椎前后位骨密度资料进行统计分析。结果:随着年龄的增长,男性腰椎骨密度值逐渐下降。峰值出现在20~29岁年龄组,各年龄组与20~29岁年龄组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,体重指数对腰椎骨密度的影响与体重一致。随着体重增加腰椎骨密度值增高,骨质疏松的患病率降低。与正常体重组相比,低体重组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组男性腰椎骨量减少患病率为29.57%,骨质疏松患病率为7.85%。结论:男性腰椎骨密度与年龄、体重及体重指数有一定相关性,骨量减少、骨质疏松的发病率偏高,应给与足够的关注,进行早期预防。

Objective:To investigate the changes of bone mineral density(BMD) of the male lumbar, provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in men. Methods:The data of 2 205 healthy men who were measured by dual energy X-ray bone density instrument were collected and statistically analysised. Results:With age, the bone mineral density(BMD) of lumbar vertebra declined gradually. The peak value appeared in the age group of 20 to 29 years old, there were significant differences between the other age groups and 20-29 age groups (P<0.05). In addition, the effect of body mass index (BMI) on BMD was consistent with the weight, and with the increase of body weight, the bone density of the lumbar spine increased, the prevalence of osteoporosis decreased. Compared with normal weight group, there was significant difference in the low weight groups (P<0.05). In this group, the incidence of osteopenia was 29.57%, and the prevalence of osteoporosis was 7.85%. Conclusion:The male BMD of lumbar spine is related with age, weight and BMI, and the incidences of osteopenia and osteoporosis are increasing. Enough attention to the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in healthy men should be given.
