多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)以高雄激素血症为主要特征。胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)是一种肠促胰岛素,能够刺激葡萄糖介导的胰岛素合成与分泌,改善胰岛素抵抗(IR)。胃促生长素(Ghrelin)与肥胖抑制素(Obestatin)是两种生物作用截然相反的多肽,共同调控摄食和饮水等多种行为,与IR相关。目前研究发现,大多数PCOS患者合并IR,然而两者之间的具体机制尚未完全阐明。因此,深入了解与IR相关的GLP-1、Ghrelin、Obestatin在PCOS患者中的变化,对进一步认识和治疗PCOS具有非常重要的意义。作者就PCOS患者GLP-1、Ghrelin、Obestatin的改变作一综述。
