间充质干细胞旁分泌效应在缺氧缺血性脑损伤中的应用

摘要:

间充质干细胞(MSCs)旁分泌的生物活性因子广泛参与免疫调节、神经炎症反应、细胞增殖与凋亡、内源性前体细胞再生、血管再生等多种病理生理过程,MSCs旁分泌效应在在修复新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBI)过程中发挥重要的作用,有望成为治疗HIBI优良的种子细胞。作者就MSCs旁分泌效应在修复缺氧缺血性脑损伤中的应用作一综述。
