胃癌患者外周血骨髓干细胞水平变化的初步研究

摘要：

目的:比较胃癌患者与对照者之间外周血骨髓干细胞水平的差异及其在胃癌患者手术前后的变化,为胃癌诊治提供新的诊断指标。方法:收集12例胃癌患者术前以及术后第7天的外周血,以同期12例腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的外周血作为对照组。采用流式细胞术测定骨髓干细胞占单核细胞的百分比,观察胃癌患者循环骨髓干细胞水平以及根治术前后循环骨髓干细胞水平的变化。结果:外周血骨髓干细胞水平胃癌组明显高于非胃癌的对照组(P<0.05),根治性胃癌切除手术后明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨髓来源干细胞在癌症生长、侵袭、转移等过程中起着重要作用,而外周血骨髓干细胞水平有望成为胃癌诊断、评估治疗疗效的重要参考指标。

Objective:To compare the levels of circulating bone marrow stem cells between patients with gastric cancer and controls, observe its change in gastric cancer patients before and after radical resection in order to provide a new diagnostic index for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. Methods:Peripheral blood of 12 patients with gastric cancer before operation and 7 d after operation were collected. The peripheral blood of 12 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were used as control group. The percentage of bone marrow stem cells of monocyte was detected by flow cytometry, the level of circulating bone marrow stem cells and its change in patients with gastric cancer before and after radical resection were observed. Results:The level of the circulating bone marrow stem cells in the gastric cancer group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and it was significantly decreased after radical resection(P<0.05). Conclusion:Bone marrow stem cells play a great role in cancer growth, invasion and metastasis, and the level of the circulating bone marrow stem cells has the important reference index for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
