LncRNA(large intergenic non-coding RNA)是一类转录本长度超过200个核苷酸的功能性RNA分子,它们参与生物体的表观遗传学调控、转录及转录后的修饰。糖尿病慢性并发症涉及多个组织器官,包括血管并发症和非血管并发症两大类,其中的血管并发症是导致糖尿病人死亡或伤残的主要原因,由于一些LncRNA与血管内皮细胞病理性增殖及脂代谢有明显的相关性,在本文中作者通过总结分析得出一些LncRNA在糖尿病血管并发症中可能也会发生相应变化的结论。
