Notch信号通路对缺血心肌的保护作用

摘要:

目前全球心肌梗死的疾病负担逐渐增加,而今我们主要通过药物、介入治疗及外科搭桥手术来缓解病因,无法从根本上逆转后续的心室重构以及心力衰竭。如何修复损伤心肌、改善心功能是目前临床面临的主要问题。Notch信号通路是一条进化上高度保守的跨膜受体蛋白家族。近年有许多研究发现Notch信号具有诱导干细胞分化、促进新生血管形成、缓解心肌纤维化、调节炎症等多重作用,可以介导心肌缺血损伤的修复,改善心功能。在本文中作者就Notch信号通路在心肌缺血损伤后的调控作用作一综述。
