γ干扰素诱导蛋白10对糖尿病合并活动性肺结核的辅助诊疗价值

摘要:

目的:探讨γ干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)对糖尿病合并活动性肺结核诊疗的临床价值.方法:选取糖尿病合并活动性肺结核患者10例、活动性肺结核患者34例、非结核肺部疾病患者10例、糖尿病患者10例及健康志愿者12例,检测血IP-10质量浓度,在抗结核治疗2个月后复测糖尿病合并活动性肺结核组血IP-10质量浓度,并进行统计分析.结果:糖尿病合并活动性肺结核组抗结核治疗前后的IP-10质量浓度分别为(410.35±121.36)、(270.11±94.25)ng·L-1,活动性肺结核组(195.61±70.71)ng·L-1,非结核肺部疾病组(106.27±52.34)ng·L-1,糖尿病组(112.77±32.47)ng·L-1,健康组(48.12±31.43)ng·L-1,糖尿病合并活动性肺结核组的IP-10质量浓度均高于其他4组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),糖尿病合并活动性肺结核组抗结核治疗2个月后血IP-10质量浓度低于抗结核治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:糖尿病合并活动性肺结核患者血IP-10质量浓度明显升高,经抗结核治疗后下降,其可作为诊断及评估抗结核治疗疗效的辅助指标.

Objective: To investigate the value of interferon-inducible protein-10 (IP-10) in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and active tuberculosis. Methods: 10 patients with diabetes and active tuberculosis,34 patients with active tuberculosis, 10 patients with non-tuberculosis pulmonary disease, 10 patients with diabetes, and 12 healthy volunteers were enrolled for serum IP-10 detection and statistical analysis. Serum IP-10 levels were re-examined in diabetes patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis who received anti-tuberculosis treatment for two months, and the statistical analysis was performed. Results: The serum IP-10 concentrations were (410.35±121.36), (195.61±70.71),(106.27±52.34),(112.77±32.47),(48.12±31.43)ng·L-1in diabetes and active tuberculosis group, active tuberculosis group, non-tuberculosis pulmonary disease group, diabetes group and healthy volunteers group, respectively.The serum IP-10 concentrations in patients with diabetes and active tuberculosis were significantly higher than the other 4 groups (P<0.01).Diabetes with active pulmonary tuberculosis patients exhibited decreased serum IP-10 levels after anti-tuberculosis treatment for two months (P<0.01). Conclusion: Serum IP-10 concentration increases in patients with diabetes and active tuberculosis, and decreases after anti-tuberculosis treatment. IP-10 could be used as an auxiliary index in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and active tuberculosis.
