摘要：

目的:探讨CA199在肺癌骨转移患者的临床诊断意义.方法:回顾性分析我院2013年6月至 2015年2月收治的肺癌患者临床资料,观察CA199在伴和不伴骨转移肺癌患者中的水平.结果:CA199在肺癌伴骨转移患者中阳性率明显高于肺癌不伴骨转移者(82.4% vs 22.2%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:CA199可能是预测肺癌骨转移的一个血清肿瘤标志物.

Objective: To analyze the relationship between serum levels of CA199 and bone metastasis in patients with lung cancer. Methods: Serum levels of CA199 in lung cancer patients from June, 2013 to February, 2015 were evaluated retrospectively. The relationship between serum levels of CA199 and lung cancer with bone metastasis was analyzed. Results: The CA199 of lung cancer with bone metastasis was significantly higher than that of non-bone metastasis(82.4% vs 22.2%), P<0.05.Conclusion: CA199 may be used as a predictive biomarker for bone metastasis in patients with lung cancer.
