半月板损伤是膝关节最常见的损伤,目前半月板损伤的治疗方案主要有关节镜下半月板切除术、半月板缝合术或者切除和缝合相结合。作者主要综述近年来关节镜下治疗膝关节半月板损伤的疗效、现状和进展,以期为临床选择半月板损伤的最佳治疗方案提供参考。
