原位膀胱癌动物模型建立的研究进展及应用展望

摘要:

建立原位膀胱癌动物模型的方法很多,最早使用化学诱癌剂致癌,目前最常使用细胞或组织原位移植技术,基因工程技术尚不成熟。深刻理解动物模型建立的方法有助于探究膀胱癌发生发展的分子机制及更好地评价新型靶向药物的功效。作者对常用的建立原位膀胱癌动物模型的具体方法步骤、各自特点作一综述并展望其应用。
