基于物联网的胎心监护系统的构建及临床应用初探

摘要:

目的:构建基于物联网的胎心监护系统,使孕妇不受空间、时间限制进行胎心监护。方法:采用嵌入式单片机系统对感知层采集的胎心率、宫缩压力信号,通过蓝牙与智能手机进行双向数据发送与接收,以Eclipse开发应用层服务器平台管理软件,对数据处理后显示胎监信息、反馈诊断结果;并以足月孕妇为试验对象,以临床标准胎心监护仪为对照,计算本胎心监护系统的准确率。结果:便携式胎心监护仪准确率均在98.9%以上,胎心率检测值误差不超过±2次·min-1,压力测量非线性误差在-9.1%~+7.7%之间,两组测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于物联网的胎心监护系统运行的稳定性与监测的准确性达到设计指标要求。所研制胎心监护系统可准确检测胎心率及宫缩压力,准确反映胎儿情况,将检测信息实时传输至手机及服务器,使专家及时处理产科情况成为可能。

Objective: To establish the fetal heart rate monitoring system based on the internet of things so that pregnant women could perform fetal heart rate monitoring anywhere and anytime. Methods: The research used the embedded microcontroller system to process fetal heart rate and uterine pressure signal of perception layer. The server management software was developed by Eclipse demonstrated the monitoring data and gave feedbacks of the diagnosis. The research also adopted a two-way data transmission and reception with bluetooth between smart phones. The research tested the accuracy of the portable fetal heart monitor among full-term pregnant women as the clinical trials subjects. Results: The results showed that fetal heart rate accuracy was more than 98%, the fetal heart rate detection error was less than ±2 bpm, non-linearity error of pressure survey was between -9.1% and +7.7%. Two measurements had no significant differences(P>0.05). Conclusion: It could be concluded that the operation stability and detection accuracy of fetal heart monitoring system based on the internet of things had met the design requirements. The fetal heart rate monitor can accurately reflect the fetal situation by displaying correct fetal heart rates and uterine pressure. Real-time transmission of information allows experts to deal with any emergency situations in time.
