特异性蛋白-4与神经系统关系的研究进展

摘要:

特异性蛋白(specificity protein,Sp)4是Sp样转录因子家族(Sp1~Sp9)中一员,主要分布于心脏、骨骼肌及神经系统,且在神经系统中的表达最多。在神经系统中,Sp4调控发育期小脑树突形态、出生后海马齿状回颗粒细胞的发育、出生后海马细胞的增生、海马长时程增强以及与神经精神疾病有关的一些动物行为,包括背景和空间记忆、感觉门控以及前脉冲抑制,对精神分裂症、双相情感障碍和阿尔茨海默病等神经精神疾病有着重要影响。
