肥胖的食物成瘾假说

摘要:

肥胖的发病率增加令人担忧,肥胖相关性疾病使肥胖的病因学成为今天广泛被研究的课题。作者基于精神疾病诊断与统计手册第4版中描述的成瘾性标准,系统地研究了常见的饮食肥胖是一种成瘾性障碍的假定。尽管知道过度进食的不良后果,但仍不能控制过多进食,表明过度进食可能是成瘾的一种形式,其与药物成瘾在临床和行为、神经生物学及危险因素等方面也存在诸多相似性。
