逆行岛状皮瓣的研究进展

摘要:

逆行岛状皮瓣(reverse flow island flap)是远端蒂皮瓣的一种特殊类型,是指其动脉血供及静脉回流方向均逆正常生理方向的皮瓣。逆行岛状皮瓣因其不需行显微外科吻合,具有操作简单、缩短手术时间等优点,在临床上于肢体远端、头面部创面的修复中具有重要意义,并得到广泛的应用。现结合文献对其临床应用及基础研究等方面做概要综述。
