碱性成纤维生长因子在椎间盘退变中作用的研究进展

摘要:

椎间盘变性、突出等退行性改变是临床腰腿痛的常见病因,严重影响患者生活质量.尽管手术摘除突出的椎间盘能在一定程度上缓解腰腿痛的症状,但不能从根本上逆转椎间盘退行性改变.近年来,基于基因调控生物学修复的研究为早期从病因学层面治疗椎间盘退变打开崭新思路.碱性成纤维生长因子在椎间盘退变中有重要的生物学作用,能够促进血管形成、干预细胞增殖、分化、基质合成等.作者就碱性成纤维生长因子在椎间盘退变中的作用作一综述.
