Objective: To investigate the prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) of army aviation soldiers. Methods: A certain army aviation regiment was investigated for PTSD by Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale for DSM-IV and the PTSD Checklist-Military Version.Results: The occurence rate of army aviation, air crew, and air port crew were 7.1%, 9.5% and 6.8%, respectivly. Stressors sequence was death of close relatives,punishment,military action. Conclusion: The occurence rates of army aviation is far higher than 4.86‰ which is the previous results of the epidemiological survey. Experienced negative events in the occurrence of PTSD play a more important role. |
