子宫内膜容受性标志物的研究进展

摘要:

子宫内膜容受性是指内膜对胚胎的接受能力.了解内膜容受性的情况,对治疗不孕不育的女性具有积极作用.尽管已经发现很多具有特异性的分子标志物来评价子宫内膜容受性,如骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)、整合素αvβ3以及白血病抑制因子(leukaemia inhibitory factor,LIF)等,但能够被应用于临床工作的分子标志物仍没有被确认.在本文中作者综合分析子宫内膜容受性主要分子标志物的研究进展,为子宫内膜容受性的研究提供新思路.
