目的:研究支气管肺泡灌洗液的常规细胞分型在间质性肺疾病中的诊断价值.方法:选取我院收治的间质性肺疾病患者31例,行支气管镜活检和支气管肺泡灌洗,对灌洗液行细胞分类,综合临床表现、高分辨率CT(HRCT)及组织病理学最终诊断.结果:入组间质性肺疾病患者中诊断为特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)13例,结缔组织相关性间质性肺炎(CTD-ILD)7例,结节病3例,隐源性机化性肺炎(COP)4例,外源性过敏性肺炎(EAA)2例,慢性嗜酸粒细胞性肺炎(CEP)2例,结论:支气管肺泡灌洗液常规细胞分型有助于间质性肺疾病的鉴别诊断.
