Objective: To investigate clinical observation of oral and external administration of Chinese herbs in treatment of mycotic vaginitis(MV). Methods: 86 patients with MV were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with oral and external administration of Chinese herbs, the control group were treated with takenketoconazole capsules and clotrimazole vaginal medication. Compared the main symptomsscore changes and clinical efficiency before and after treatment in the two groups. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=4.074, P=0.044), the difference was statistically significant. There were not statistically significant differences in the main symptoms scores of negative oxygen, leucorrhea, vulvar burning, sexual pain scores of the two groups before treatment (P >0.05), the main symptoms scores were significantly decreased after treatment in the two groups (P <0.05), the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (t=2.608,2.363,0.965,2.702; P=0.011,0.020,0.004,0.008). Conclusion: The oral and external administration of Chinese herbs in treatment of MV has exact curative effect and safety. It has the value of clinical application. |
