Objective: To Assess the life quality of women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)infertile in Donghai County of Jiangsu. Methods: 40 PCOS infertile women and 30 age-matched healthy women were evaluated with SF-36 of concise health survey questionnaire and SCL-90 symptom checklist. Results: (1) Psychological:infertility of PCOS group were higher than the control group and the difference was very significant in somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, psychoticism and other 10 factors. (2) Health related quality of life:There was significant difference in physiological function, physiological problems limit of function(role physical), the psychological of functional restrictions (emotional function), mental health, vitality, social function, body pain, general health. Conclusion: Survival quality is significantly decreased in the infertile PCOS women compared with the the control group. |
