江苏东海地区多囊卵巢综合征不孕妇女生活质量调查研究

摘要：

目的:测评江苏东海地区多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕妇女的生活质量.方法:采用SF-36简明健康调查量表及SCL-90症状自评量表作为调查工具评定江苏东海地区40例PCOS不孕妇女及年龄匹配的30例健康妇女.结果:(1) 心理情况:PCOS不孕组躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性及其它等10个因子得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义.(2) 健康相关生活质量:两组生理功能、生理问题对功能的限制(生理职能)、心理问题对功能的限制(情感职能)、社会职能、心理健康、活力、躯体疼痛、总体健康等8个维度差异有统计学意义.结论:PCOS不孕妇女与对照组相比生活质量显著下降.

Objective: To Assess the life quality of women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)infertile in Donghai County of Jiangsu. Methods: 40 PCOS infertile women and 30 age-matched healthy women were evaluated with SF-36 of concise health survey questionnaire and SCL-90 symptom checklist. Results: (1) Psychological:infertility of PCOS group were higher than the control group and the difference was very significant in somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, psychoticism and other 10 factors. (2) Health related quality of life:There was significant difference in physiological function, physiological problems limit of function(role physical), the psychological of functional restrictions (emotional function), mental health, vitality, social function, body pain, general health. Conclusion: Survival quality is significantly decreased in the infertile PCOS women compared with the the control group.
