肾母细胞瘤过度表达蛋白(NOV/CCN3)属于即刻早期基因编码的CCN家族的一员,参与细胞增殖、黏附、迁移、凋亡及新生血管形成,在创伤修复、纤维化疾病和肿瘤演变过程中具有重要的作用。新近研究发现,外源性增加CCN3可以减少细胞外基质的积聚和Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的沉积,对纤维化具有抑制作用。作者对CCN3的结构、功能及其在纤维化疾病中的作用等研究进展作一综述,以期为纤维化疾病的临床治疗提供新的思路。
