阿尔茨海默病和轻度认知障碍中基于图论分析的脑结构和脑功能网络研究进展

摘要:

阿尔茨海默病是以记忆及其他认知功能进行性减退为特征的神经退行性疾病。近年来,结合结构、功能磁共振成像技术与图论分析的研究,发现阿尔茨海默病和轻度认知障碍患者大脑网络存在局部和全局拓扑属性异常改变,这不仅为了解其病理生理学机制提供了新的视角,也为疾病的诊断寻找到新的影像学标志。作者主要回顾近年来人脑网络在轻度认知障碍和阿尔茨海默病中的研究进展,尤其是基于图论分析的脑结构和脑功能网络拓扑结构的研究,并提出现存的问题和未来研究方向。
