心肌缺血再灌注损伤中线粒体保护的研究进展

摘要:

线粒体是心肌细胞供能的重要细胞器,与心肌缺血再灌注损伤关系密切。心肌缺血再灌注时,各种保护性信号通路汇聚于线粒体,激酶和线粒体成分组成复杂的信号分子和线粒体蛋白网络,保护线粒体功能,减少心肌损伤。作者对心肌缺血再灌注损伤时细胞质和线粒体之间的信号分子及信号分子通路的研究作一综述。
