超声靶向微泡破坏技术介导基因转染的研究进展

摘要:

随着肿瘤分子机制研究的不断深入,利用肿瘤与正常组织基因及调控区域的结构差异,从分子水平特异性杀伤肿瘤细胞的基因治疗成为肿瘤治疗中极具应用潜力的新策略。超声靶向微泡破坏技术介导的靶向基因治疗方法既可增强裸质粒DNA在癌细胞内的转染和表达,又能提高基因治疗的靶向性,减少全身不良反应,是一种很有前途的临床肿瘤治疗技术。作者就有关超声结合纳/微泡介导的输送系统的作用机制及其在基因转染的应用进展和影响因素作一综述。
