Objective: To investigate the change of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAD) treatment on markers of hepatic fibrosis in patients with severe and moderate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods: According to AHI, We've selected the severe and moderate OSAHS group, from the patients ongoing monitoring of polysomnography in the sleep disorder center in Rugao People's Hospital from December 2010 to June 2013. The BMI, AHI, LSaO2, MSaO2 and plasma HA, PⅢP, ⅣC, LN levels of the patients were compared before and after CPAP treatment. Results: There was no significant difference of the BMI levels before and after CPAP treatment (P >0.05). The LSaO2 and MSaO2 levels were significantly reduced after CPAP treatment (P<0.05). The AHI and plasma HA, PⅢP, ⅣC, LN levels of the patients were significantly increased after CPAP treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: The CPAP treatment can improve hepatic fibrosis in OSAHS patients. |
