肝素诱导性血小板减少症的研究进展

摘要:

肝素诱导性血小板减少症(HIT)是由于机体产生针对血小板因子4/肝素复合物的特异性抗体而诱发的免疫性疾病.HIT病人表现为血小板轻至中等程度减少,某些病人出现动脉/静脉血栓,存在较高的致残及致死率.本文将对HIT的发病机制、免疫学特性以及现阶段对HIT的研究进展进行综述,有助于指导临床对HIT的预防及治疗.
