内皮祖细胞的生物学性状及其治疗作用的研究进展

摘要:

内皮祖细胞(EPCs)是血管内皮细胞的前体细胞,在胚胎发育早期参与血管的发生.成年人体内的EPCs具有维持血管内皮完整性、修复损伤的血管和促进血管再生的作用.作者简述了近年来EPCs的生物学研究进展,并讨论了其对心脑血管疾病及肿瘤的潜在的治疗作用.
