2型糖尿病患者1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇与血脂的相关性分析

摘要:

目的: 探讨1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇(1,5-AG)与血脂存在的相互关系.方法: 对312例2型糖尿病患者血脂、HbAlc、1,5-AG水平进行分析,同时与同期183例健康对照组进行比较,并利用相关分析研究1,5-AG、HbA1c与甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)等指标之间的相关性.结果: 糖尿病患者TG、TC、HbA1c明显高于健康对照组,而1,5-AG低于健康对照组(均为P<0.05).HbA1c与TC存在明显正相关性(P<0.05);而1,5-AG与TC存在良好的负相关性(P<0.01),与TG无明显相关性.结论: 2型糖尿病患者存在明显的血脂异常,1,5-AG值越低,患者的TC水平越低.所以,临床治疗上不仅需重视血糖的控制,还需重视调脂治疗.

Objective: To explore the correlation between 1,5-anhydroglucitol(1,5-AG) and the presence of blood lipid in diabetic patients. Methods: In 312 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes, blood lipid, HbAlc and 1,5-AG levels were analyzed and compared to 183 cases of healthy people without hepar,renal,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Pearson analysis was also conducted to find any correlation amoung the levels of serum 1,5-AG, HbA1c and triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol. Results: The levels of TG,TC, HbA1c in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects, but the level of 1,5-AG was lower (all P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that HbA1c was positively correlated to TC and serum 1,5-AG was highly negatively correlated with TC(P<0.01),but was not significantly correlated with TG. Conclusion: There are significant dyslipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetes.The worse the glucose control, the higher the blood lipid spectrum.Therefore, in clinical treatment,we not only need to attach importance to blood glucose control,but also to the lipid-lowering therapy.
