摘要：

目的: 探讨胎盘植入的原因、给产妇带来的危害以及相应的防治措施.方法: 选取2010年3月至2013年3月在我院住院分娩并发生胎盘植入36例产妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果: 36例产妇中,因胎盘植入而导致产后出血26例,子宫切除7例,局灶切除24例.综合治疗后植入的胎盘组织于产后3个月内排出.结论: 应控制人工流产、引产的次数,严格控制剖宫产率,从而有效降低胎盘植入的发生率;提高胎盘植入的产前诊断率,选择正确的治疗方案,能减轻胎盘植入对产妇的危害.

Objective: To explore the causes of the placenta implantation and analyze the harmful effects on the parturient for finding the corresponding prevention measures. Methods: In this study, the clinical data of 36 puerperal with placenta increta were selected from Xinghua People's Hospital, Jiangsu Province from March 2010 to March 2013. Results: In the 36 puerpera, the implanted placenta led to 26 postpartum hemorrhage,7 hysterectomy and 24 local resection. It was found that implanted placenta tissues were eliminated from their body within three months after the comprehensive treatments. Conclusion: It is very important to take corresponding preventive measures for reducing the numbers of artificial abortion and induced labor; to control the cesarean delivery rate for effectively reducing the incidence of placenta implantation;and to improve the placenta implantation of prenatal diagnostic rate for selecting the method of treatment and reducing the harm to puerpera.
