左卡尼汀对维持性血透患者营养状况及血脂的影响

摘要：

目的: 研究左卡尼汀(左旋肉碱)改善维持性血液透析患者营养状况及血脂的效果.方法: 回顾性分析我院2009年12月至2012年12月间应用左卡尼汀治疗的48例维持性血液透析患者的临床资料.结果: 所有患者应用左卡尼汀规律治疗12个月后,血清白蛋白水平升高(P<0.05),血红蛋白水平无明显改变(P>0.05),载脂蛋白A1水平下降(P<0.05).结论: 应用左卡尼汀能提高维持性血液透析患者血清白蛋白水平,改善患者营养状况.

Objective: To observe the effects of levocarnitine on nutritional status and blood lipid in hemodialysis patients. Methods: A retrospective study was performed on the clinical data of 48 hemodialysis patients, who received levocarnitine treatment from December 2009 to December 2012. Results: An increased serum albumin was observed in all of the 48 patients after 12-month levocarnitine-hemodialysis therapy(P<0.05). The change of hemoglobin had no significant difference(P>0.05). The hemo-Apo-A1 level was significantly lower after 12-month levocarnitine-hemodialysis therapy(P<0.05).No significant changes were found in the other indicators after treatment. Conclusion: Levocarnitine therapy can improve the serum albumin levels in patients receiving hemodialysis and promote lipid metabolism.
