Objective: To investigate the risk factors in cytoreductive surgery. Methods: 238 cases of patients who underwent cytoreductive surgery from January 2010 to December 2013 were analysed to shed light on risk factors of postoperative complications. Results: The six risk factors we found are: albumin<35 g·L-1, hemoglobin<80 g·L-1, blooding>400 ml, complication, periaortic lymph nodes dissection and intestinal resection. Conclusion: These risk factors should be considered carefully before operations. Controlling the risk factors properly may reduce the postoperative complication rate after cytoreductivesurgery. |
