腹股沟疝是外科常见病，应用补片的无张力疝修补术已被广大医生所接受，然而随着补片的使用也带来新的并发症，包括术后不适、血清肿以及手术切口感染等。目前，对于腹股沟疝无张力修补术围手术期是否预防性应用抗生素越来越受到关注，其合理性也饱受争议。作者就腹股沟疝无张力修补术中预防性抗生素的使用研究情况做一综述。
