Objective: To compare and analyze the color Doppler ultrasound and the CT diagnosis of children's neuroblastoma characteristics. Methods: The color Doppler ultrasound and the CT images of 36 children with neuroblastoma who diagnosed from June 2011 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 36 children with neuroblastoma, ultrasonography mainly manifested retroperitoneal lobulated heterogeneous substantive tumor, outline clear or unclear, internal echoes were mixed, generally hypoechoic pattern accompanied with hyperechoic scattered fluidsonolucentarea. Many retroperitoneal large vessels were surrounded. Neuroblastoma's CT showed irregular soft tissue mass,non-uniform density, scattered patchy calcifications, and the enhanced CT manifested non-uniform strengthening. Conclusion: The color Doppler ultrasound and the CT have their own advantages in clinical diagnosis of children's neuroblastoma, appropriated application is important to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. |
