肾细胞癌是泌尿系统常见肿瘤，肾部分切除术被认为是治疗局限性肾癌的金标准，其控瘤结果可与肾癌根治术相媲美。解剖性零缺血肾部分切除术是充分利用肾动脉分支的微解剖学特点超选择性地阻断肿瘤血供。研究证实，开放和微创非阻断肾部分切除术不仅安全，而且在肾功能保护方面效果令人满意。这种术式可以安全地切除手术难度比较高的肿瘤而不增加手术切缘阳性率和围手术期并发症。
