子宫动脉栓塞术在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床应用

摘要：

目的：探讨子宫动脉栓塞术在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析20例剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠患者的诊断及治疗方法。结果：20例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者采取子宫动脉栓塞术（UAE）治疗后均能有效控制出血，术后24~48 h在B超监护下行清宫术，手术顺利，术中出血少。结论：子宫动脉栓塞术能有效防止和控制剖宫产瘢痕妊娠引起的出血，是剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的安全、可靠的治疗方法。

Objective: To investigate the value of the uterine artery embolization in cesarean section scar pregnancy. Methods: A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the diagnosis and treatment of 20 patients with cesarean section pregnancy. Results: Twenty patients were treated with uterine artery embolization (UAE)and the bleeding was effectively controlled, the curettage would be implemented 24-48 hours after operation under B ultrasound monitoring curettage. The operation was successfully with only a little hemorrage.Conclusion: Uterine artery embolization can effectively prevent and control bleeding caused by scar pregnancy. It is a safe, reliable treatment of caesarean scar pregnancy.
