经阴道超声在诊断女性输尿管中下段结石中的应用

摘要：

目的：评价经阴道超声在诊断女性患者输尿管中下段结石中的价值。方法：对疑为输尿管中下段结石的34例已婚女性患者行经阴道超声检查，并与同时经腹部超声检查结果进行对比分析。结果：34例女性输尿管中下段结石患者中，在膀胱适度充盈情况下，经阴道超声及经腹超声的诊断符合率分别为100%、94.1%；在膀胱充盈不良情况下，二者的诊断符合率分别为100%、38.2%。结论：经阴道超声诊断女性输尿管中下段结石无需等待膀胱充盈，受肠内积气影响小，分辨率高，诊断准确率高。

Objective:To estimate the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing intercalary-lower ureteral calculus of female patients.Methods:Thirty-four female patients suspicious of intercalary-lower ureteric calculus were examined by transvaginal ultrasound and the results were analyzed and campared with transabdominal ultrasound examination.Results:When the 34 female patients with adequately filled bladder,the diagnose accordance rate of transvaginal ultrasound was 100% while that of the transabdominal ultrasound was 94.1%.The two corresponding statistics became 100% and 38.2% when the patients with none-filled bladder.Conclusion: Transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing intercalary-lower ureteral calculus of females requires no filled bladder and enjoys higher distinguishability.It is less affected from intestines flatulence and has higher diagnose accordance rate.
