退变椎间盘细胞细胞因子分泌的改变及其影响

摘要:

椎间盘退变是下腰痛及坐骨神经痛的常见原因。研究表明,退变椎间盘内细胞老化凋亡及基质代谢异常,同时老化细胞的分泌表型改变,众多炎症因子及营养因子代谢及功能的失平衡对周围微环境的影响备受关注。对于椎间盘退变过程与机制的深入理解,可能提供更全面的理论基础,促使形成有针对性的生物学疗法以期有效修复退变椎间盘。在本文中作者对退变椎间盘细胞的几种炎症因子及生长因子分泌表型的改变及其影响做一综述。
