轻度认知功能损害人群弥散张量成像研究进展

摘要:

轻度认知功能损害是阿尔茨海默病的高危人群。近年来利用磁共振弥散张量成像技术发现在轻度认知功能损害人群脑白质中存在异常改变,这不仅为研究阿尔茨海默病大脑早期改变提供了手段,也可能为早期诊断寻找到新的影像学标志。本文中作者主要介绍弥散张量成像的基本概念及分析方法,综述近年来轻度认知功能损害人群白质弥散张量研究的进展并展望未来研究的方向。
