实时三维超声心动图评价肺动脉瓣狭窄的临床研究

摘要:

目的:探讨实时三维经胸超声心动图(RT-3DE)对评价肺动脉瓣狭窄(PVS)的价值。方法:二维经胸超声心动图诊断为PVS的86例患者,同时接受RT-3DE检查。结果:RT-3DE可确定PV瓣叶数目者占67.44%(58/86),PVS二维测值、三维测得面积分别与手术结果相比,后者相关系数更高(P<0.05)。经过体表面积矫正后的PVS三维面积与肺动脉瓣血流速度的相关系数r=0.76。实时三维血流可清晰显示PVS立体狭窄血流。结论:RT-3DE可以为诊断PVS提供更丰富的信息。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE) in patients with pulmonary valvular stenosis (PVS). Methods:Totally 86 patients with PVS diagnosed by two dimensional echocardiography were examined with RT-3DE. Results:Pulmonary leaflet numbers in 67.44%(58/86) patients with PVS were determined. The results of RT-3DE had better correlation with the the surgical results than two dimensional echocardiography(P<0.05). The r between the aera of PV with the correction of the body surface area and the speed of the PV was 0.76.The stenosis flow of PVS was showed three-dimensionally by real-time three-dimensional color Doppler flow imaging (RT-3D color). Conclusion:RT-3DE can supply more information in diagnosing PVS.
