SmartClip自锁托槽与传统托槽矫治前后牙弓宽度变化的临床研究

摘要:

目的:研究自锁托槽与传统托槽在非拔牙矫治患者治疗前后牙弓宽度的变化。方法:选取30例安氏Ⅰ类错牙合、牙弓中度拥挤患者,分别使用SmartClip自锁托槽(自锁组)和传统MBT金属托槽(传统组)进行矫治,每组15例,在模型上测量矫治前后尖牙间及第一磨牙间的牙弓宽度,应用统计软件分析两组间治疗前后的牙弓宽度的变化。结果:自锁组和传统组牙弓前段和后段宽度都有一定程度的扩大,自锁组上颌尖牙间宽度治疗前、后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组上下颌牙弓前、后段牙弓宽度治疗前后相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于中度拥挤非拔牙矫治病例,SmartClip自锁托槽与传统托槽对牙弓宽度都有一定程度增大,但两者之间差异无统计学意义。

Objective:To evaluate the changes in the dental arch width produced by the SmartClip self-ligating brackets and conventional brackets with non-extraction treatment before and after orthodontic treatment. Methods:Thirty patients diagnosed as class I with medium dental crowding were selected in the study. The patients were assigned to 2 groups:group 1 received non-extraction treatment with a self-ligating bracket and the other group with a conventional bracket.Dental casts obtained at the beginning and the end of treatment and the intercanine and intermolar widths were measured. The changes were analysed by SPSS. Results:Both brackets could increase the anterior and posterior dental arch width to a certain extent after treatment. There was significant difference in maxillary intercanine widths with self-ligating brackets after treatment, and no significant difference in intermolar and intercanine between self-ligating and conventional brackets. Conclusion:For the non-extraction patients with medium dental crowding, both brackets can increase the dental arch width to a certain extent. However, there are no significant difference between two types brackets in dental arch width.
