椎间盘细胞老化信号通路及检测方法的研究进展

摘要:

细胞老化现象广泛存在于退变的椎间盘内,其在椎间盘退变中的机制主要分为两种类型:一类是由p53-p21-pRB信号介导的复制性老化,另一类是由p16-pRB信号介导的应激诱导的过早老化。目前认为,细胞老化的两条通路之间存在广泛的信号交通和协同效应。此外,细胞老化基本特征的检测方法多种多样,但目前尚缺乏特异性检测指标来判定细胞老化。作者就椎间盘细胞老化的信号通路及细胞老化的检测方法等相关研究进展作一综述。
