摘要:

随着婴幼儿手术的广泛开展,婴幼儿应用全身麻醉药物日益普遍。在脑快速发育的突触形成期,全身麻醉药物短暂性过度激动γ-氨基丁酸A亚型(GABAA)受体或(和)阻断N-甲基D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体,均可触发数百万计的神经元细胞凋亡。关于人类大脑发育阶段应用全麻药物会不会导致神经细胞损伤和凋亡从而影响小儿脑发育目前尚不清楚。NMDA受体拮抗剂和GABAA受体激动剂对未成熟大脑神经干细胞增殖分化过程的影响及可能的防治措施已经成为现代麻醉学和神经科学领域关注的焦点。
