基于分子结构的lncRNA分子功能的研究进展

摘要:

研究表明,lncRNA以转录本的形式调控蛋白编码基因的表达,并参与染色质修饰、染色体沉默、基因组印迹以及转录激活等多种生物学过程。lncRNA的自身结构及所结合的靶点不同,其所具有的生物学功能亦不同。本综述将解析lncRNA的结构,包括RNA结构域、蛋白结构域、DNA结构域及模块结构,并分析其生物学功能;着重介绍几种新近的研究方法,包括染色质构象捕获(3C)、三维DNA的筛选和交联(3D-DSL)、RNA反义纯化(RAP)。
